Easy to use and useful to many people

A product can be easy for everyone to use and still be useful to almost no one.

Ease of use and breadth of need are separate requirements. At v/h, we want both.

A clear button can make a device understandable. The job behind that button still needs to come up often enough for people to want the device in their lives.

We start with recurring tasks and the workarounds people already use. Then we have to establish whether a new physical utility would make those tasks easier.

The ambition is a product that earns its place through repeated use. A narrow, clearly defined job can be relevant to a very large number of people.
